Maintenance
Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.
We encourage our residents to place a work order through the online resident portal on our property website. You can also stop by the leasing office during business hours to place your work order.
All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the work order, we try to have all completed within 24 hours but some can take up to 72 hours to resolve.
No, you can provide us with permission to enter which will allow maintenance to complete your work order without you being present.
If you are locked out, you will need to contact a locksmith for assistance after hours. If it happens during office hours, contact the office for assistance.
You are allowed to decorate your apartment home, however no permanent changes can be made without written consent of management. Any damages will be taken out of your deposit upon move out.
EMERGENCIES: No electricity throughout the apartment; No water throughout the apartment; No heating or air conditioning in severe weather conditions (Heat when temperature is below 45 degrees F. or less outside and an interior unit temperature of 65 degrees F. or below) (Air Conditioning when Exterior temp is over 85 degrees and unit interior will not cool below 80 degrees.); Refrigerator not cooling; Water coming into an apartment; The possibility of fire from electrical sparks; Toilet is not working in an apartment with only one bathroom; Situations where the resident’s safety is jeopardized (e.g., the apartment has been broken into and the looks or windows are damaged or there is standing ice in parking area, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs.);.

No washer/dryer hookups in any of the units. Select units units include a washer/dryer combo. There is a laundry facility onsite for your convenience.
Yes, this is a pet friendly community.
$300 pet fee per pet, $25 per month pet rent per pet.
We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; Owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akitas, and Mastiffs. Others may be added. Owner may also restrict size and weight.

No, there is no cost to take a tour. You will need to visit the property during business hours or you can call or email the leasing center to set up an appointment that works best for you.

No, utilities are not included in your rent amount.
The property uses a 3rd party utility company who will charge you for water, sewer, and trash based on an allocation forumla.
Cable is recommendend through Direct TV. Contact the office for information regarding internet through First Digital.

Occasional overnight guests are welcome. However, we do not allow guest to stay longer than 14 total nights per month.
A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.
No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.
Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying two (2) month's rent as termination fee.
